Delivery Costs As we want you to pay fairly for postage and packaging (P&P) costs, we have formulated a sliding scale of charges. Our P&P costs are our lowest yet and are calculated depending on the total cost of your order, the postal service you choose (applicable to UK customers only) and where you live. **All UK orders of £65 and over qualify for free standard delivery ** Delivery for all UK addresses is by Royal Mail. We offer two services to choose from. Standard - your package will be with you in 1-3 days. Next Day – for all UK customers this service guarantees that your order will be with you by 1pm the following day (see below for further information). Your delivery cost is calculated automatically for you at checkout. UK P&P Rates Standard (UK Only)                      Next Day (UK Only)* Up to £5 = £1.25                           Up to £9.99 = £5 £5.01 - £9.99 = £2.50                    £10 - £64.99 = £10 £10 - £64.99 = £3.95                     £65 and over = £15 £65 and over = Free!!  *All Next Day orders must be placed before 1pm the day before delivery is required. Unfortunately, we cannot offer Next Day delivery on orders paid with by cheque or orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays. We cannot offer Next Day delivery on larger orders weighing over 10kg – in this event, we will contact the customer to discuss alternative delivery arrangements. Overseas orders At present, we only post overseas to countries within the EU. Delivery to all non-UK EU addresses is by Airmail charged at a single rate of £10.95 which is automatically calculated and added to your order total at checkout. Delivery times for orders to an EU address may vary depending on the postal/courier service used in each country. However, it shouldn’t take any longer than 7 days after you have placed your order. Delivery Addresses and Gifts If you wish, we are able to post your item to an address other than your home address e.g. your work address or a friends address, or if you are purchasing a gift we can send it directly to the gift recipient with a special message enclosed. Just type “GIFT” followed by your personal message to be included with your parcel into the “Add Comments About Your Order” box during the checkout process. We’ll do the rest.  Packaging To bring you these fair and reasonable P&P costs, we try to re-use the packaging that we accumulate wherever possible so on occasion you may find that your order is shipped in re-used envelopes/boxes etc.
